2. Car Rental Terms

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle
• You must possess a valid driving license issued by the appropriate authority
• You must provide valid identification and proof of address
• You must have a valid credit or debit card for security deposit

2.2 Rental Agreement

• All rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement
• Rental period begins when you take possession of the vehicle
• You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period
• Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted)

2.3 Rental Charges

• Rental charges are calculated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
• Additional charges may apply for late returns, fuel, cleaning, or damages
• Security deposit will be held until vehicle inspection after return
• All charges are subject to applicable taxes

2.4 Vehicle Usage Restrictions

• Vehicle must be used only for legal purposes
• No smoking, pets, or illegal activities allowed in the vehicle
• Vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, or commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Geographical restrictions may apply as specified in the rental agreement

2.5 Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental fee
• You are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance
• Additional insurance options are available at extra cost
• You must report any accidents or damages immediately

3. Second-Hand Car Sales Terms

3.1 Vehicle Information

• All vehicle information is provided to the best of our knowledge
• Vehicles are sold "as is" unless otherwise specified
• We encourage independent vehicle inspection before purchase
• Mileage, condition, and features are accurate at the time of listing

3.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment terms will be specified in the sales agreement
• Additional charges may apply for documentation, registration, and transfer fees

3.3 Vehicle Transfer

• Vehicle ownership transfer is subject to completion of all documentation
• Buyer is responsible for vehicle registration transfer
• All necessary documents will be provided for transfer
• Transfer must be completed within the timeframe specified by law

3.4 Warranty

• Second-hand vehicles are sold with limited warranty as specified
• Warranty terms and conditions will be provided at the time of sale
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications
• Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Reservations

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person
• Reservations are subject to vehicle availability
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances
• Advance payment may be required for certain reservations

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before rental start: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition
• Report any issues or damages immediately
• Return the vehicle on time and at the agreed location
• Pay all charges and fees as agreed

6. Our Rights

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• We may terminate rental agreements for breach of terms
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• We may recover vehicles that are overdue or misused

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the rental or purchase price
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
• We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
